2.1 By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2.2 These terms cover use of the Site only. Membership is governed by our Membership Terms, and events by our Event Booking Terms and Participation Terms & Disclaimer.
2.3 We may update these terms at any time. The version on the Site when you use it applies.
2.4 We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the Site without notice. We do not guarantee the Site will always be available.

3. Accounts

3.1 If you create an account, keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3.2 Members’ areas are for the named member only. Accounts must not be shared.
3.3 We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:
•    use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
•    post content that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory or infringes anyone’s rights;
•    harass or abuse other members, or share their personal details without their consent;
•    copy, scrape or reproduce member information, photos or content from the Site;
•    upload viruses or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site;
•    promote or arrange racing, timed runs or illegal driving on public roads.

5. Content you post

5.1 You keep ownership of photos and content you post. You give DC a free, non-exclusive licence to use it on the Site and DC’s social media, with credit where practical.
5.2 You confirm you have the right to post it, including consent from anyone identifiable in your photos.
5.3 We may remove any content at our discretion.

6. Our intellectual property

6.1 The Drive Collective and Cars & Chai names, logos, Site design and content belong to UR Inc Ltd or its licensors.
6.2 You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

7. Information on the Site

7.1 Route, event and vehicle information is general guidance only. Please check it before relying on it.
7.2 Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

8. Our liability

8.1 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law.
8.2 We are not liable for loss of data, business or profit, or for indirect losses, arising from use of the Site.
8.3 If you are a consumer, we are responsible only for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, although consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may use their local courts.
